everything we do is built around an underutilized agricultural product - cascara, or the coffeefruit. roughly 20 billion pounds of cascara are discarded every year. by removing the cascara from waste streams, we halt many environmental stresses that occur at origin, creating an actively positive environmental impact.
we purchase cascara from independent family farms. this allows farmers to monetize everything they produce, insulating them from price fluctuations and unexpected events. our actions create more economic stability for organic coffee farming.
everything we make must encourage healthy lifestyles. our drinks come from simple ingredients that grow in the ground, not a lab. we will never use a ton of processed sugar, and will never use confusing chemicals.
